Ben grew up in a family-owned real estate company. As a child, he enjoyed accompanying his parents through all facets of real estate sales. By an early age Ben had seen dozens of people buy and sell homes and properties Ben got his real estate license at age twenty-one and closed his first deal months later.

Ben has been recognized many times by the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Communities 100 Magazine for his achievements in real estate. His niche is selling resort properties located around golf courses, wineries, streams, lakes, and mountains. He has also put together many land and light commercial deals. His career has been built on referrals.

With new technology and old school respect for people Ben knows how to get the job done. Ben realizes each person’s needs and wants are different, no property is alike, and each deal has its obstacles to overcome. Ben opened Sun Realty Group LLC to expand his opportunities in real estate and build a company with Top Producing Agents that strive to do their best.
